German Registered Nurse

Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and requests, including technical or clinical information while serving as a telecare clinical contact for patients, clinical staff, and internal team members. Support escalations from the Level 1 Technical Services team when required, complete scheduled and unscheduled outbound calls, and receive inbound calls from telecare patients and clinical collaborators. Analyze treatment data to identify clinical, user, or product-related trends, document all interactions accurately, and maintain the accuracy of online knowledge bases and troubleshooting guides. Act as a liaison between customers, TalentWorldGroup, and the client while following all environmental, health, and safety procedures. This fully remote role in Germany includes an 8-week paid training program covering technical support and systems, with operating hours Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM CET, and an expected workload of approximately 2 hours daily.
