Job Summary
Host client meetings and act as a trusted advisor on advertising platforms to help companies grow their businesses. Deliver campaign setup and optimization recommendations while monitoring active client campaigns and maintaining sales pipeline accuracy in the CRM. Achieve specific targets by maximizing sale opportunities on each call and connecting with business clients across multiple channels in the tech and digital advertising sector. Fluent German or Dutch speaker with English proficiency required, working Monday to Friday, 10:00 – 19:00, hybrid in Sofia. Required Qualifications
- Fluent level of German or Dutch– written and spoken
- Fluent level of English – written and spoken
- Valid work permit for Bulgaria – no visa sponsorship will be provided
- Solid knowledge of MS Office programs
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working in a customer service, sales or outsourcing environment
- Knows how to drive value-based selling approach to clients and channel partners in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working with CRM or similar
