Job Summary
German Marketing & Brand Manager in Athens responsible for building Frontida's brand identity, employer branding, and communications. Responsibilities include developing brand identity and tone of voice, creating content across social media (posts, reels, videos, storytelling), coordinating photo/video productions with external partners, driving internal marketing and employee engagement, leading employer branding, managing a content strategy and editorial calendar, and ensuring brand consistency across channels. Requires native-level or C1+ German, 3-5+ years in Brand Marketing/Employer Branding/Corporate Communications or Social Media Marketing, proficiency with Canva, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Premiere Pro, and strong stakeholder management skills; English and/or Greek are advantageous; hybrid work model in Athens.
Required Qualifications
- German language proficiency at native-level or C1+
- 3-5+ years of relevant experience in Brand Marketing, Employer Branding, Corporate Communications, or Social Media Marketing
- Proven experience building, shaping, or significantly influencing a brand
- Hands-on mindset with ability to blend strategic thinking and practical execution
- Experience creating and managing content for social media platforms
- Proficiency with Canva, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar tools
- Strong organizational, self-driven, and independent work capabilities
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- English and/or Greek language skills considered an advantage
