Job Summary

Customer Support Specialist II (German and English) providing email and live chat support across channels. Responsibilities include handling customer inquiries (orders, product questions, basic technical issues), meeting KPIs defined by the Customer Happiness Manager, collaborating cross-functionally, sharing customer insights, escalating trends, and navigating multiple software platforms. Requires 1+ years in customer service, fluent German and English, Zendesk experience a plus, and ability to work in a remote setup from Romania with weekend coverage. Training 8:00–17:00 CET; hours to range 8:00–22:00 with weekend coverage; contract is a temporary 6-month engagement starting July 2, 2026; remote in Romania with competitive base salary and professional development opportunities.

Required Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience in a customer service role
  • Excellent English and German skills; written and verbal skills
  • Experience with Zendesk (or related) is a plus
  • Organized and capable of managing time with colleagues in different time zones

  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new systems and software
