Job Summary
Develop and implement customized digital advertising strategies aligned with client objectives, analyzing campaign performance to provide data-driven recommendations that improve ROI. Build and nurture strong client relationships through phone, video conferencing, and email communication while identifying growth opportunities to support clients in achieving their advertising goals. Consistently meet or exceed sales targets while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction and contributing to revenue growth across the EMEA region. This full-time permanent role (39 hours per week, Monday–Friday) includes a relocation package, performance-based bonus, and extensive training in Google Ads and sales methodologies within a collaborative, multicultural environment.
Required Qualifications
- Fluent German (C1 level or higher)
- Strong English communication skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- Valid authorization to work in Spain
- Previous experience in digital advertising, PPC, sales, or account management
Desired Qualifications
