Job Summary
Develop and implement customized digital advertising strategies aligned with client objectives, analyzing campaign performance to provide data-driven recommendations for improved ROI. Build and nurture strong client relationships through phone, video conferencing, and email communication while identifying growth opportunities to support clients in achieving their advertising goals. Consistently meet or exceed sales targets while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction as a trusted advisor helping businesses maximize the value of their digital advertising investments. This full-time role includes a relocation package, performance-based bonus, and extensive onboarding training in Google Ads and sales methodologies within a collaborative multicultural team.
Required Qualifications
- Fluent German (C1 level or higher)
- strong English communication skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- Valid authorization to work in Spain
- Previous experience in digital advertising, PPC, sales, or account management
