Job Summary
Support German-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat by addressing their questions, requests, and basic issues with friendly, professional service. Log all interactions clearly in our systems and collaborate with your team as needed. This rotational shift schedule runs between 09:00 and 20:00, with an 11-day paid remote training program starting March 9, 2026. Required Qualifications
- Fluent German (spoken & written)
- English level B2 or higher
- You live in Greece and can work remotely from anywhere in the country
- Good communication skills
- Customer-first mindset
- Basic computer skills
