Job Summary
Conduct travel support for German-speaking guests and property partners via phone, email, and chat. Manage reservations, cancellations, and modifications while mediating conflicts between guests and accommodations to ensure seamless experiences. Document all cases clearly in English within the CRM system. This role supports a global online travel platform for candidates based in Greece with native or C1 German and B2 English proficiency. Full relocation assistance, including flight reimbursement and temporary accommodation, is provided alongside high-end equipment.
Required Qualifications
- Native or C1 German and B2 English proficiency
- Strong communication skills
- A travel-first mindset
- Ability to multitask across multiple browser tabs and booking tools
- Valid EU Passport or legal right to work in Greece
- Must be based in Greece
