Job Summary
Support German-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat by addressing questions, requests, and basic issues while maintaining friendly, professional service. Log all interactions clearly in our systems and collaborate closely with your team when needed. This rotational shift schedule runs between 09:00 and 20:00, with 11 paid working days of remote training included. Required Qualifications
- Fluent German (spoken & written)
- English level B2 or higher
- You live in Greece and can work remotely from anywhere in the country
- Good communication skills
