Job Summary
Handle inbound inquiries from German-speaking customers via phone, email, or chat while providing professional solutions and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Manage customer data accurately in our modern CRM system and work closely with a multicultural team to meet quality targets. This role involves rotating shifts within the 09:00–23:00 timeframe, Monday through Sunday, with no overnight shifts. We offer a base salary of €1,200 gross per month, plus performance, training, and loyalty bonuses, along with accommodation support. Join our team in Piraeus, Greece, starting March 20th, 2026.
Required Qualifications
- Native or near-native German (C1/C2)
- Fluent English (B2)
- Ready to start your adventure on March 20th, 2026
