Job Summary
German-speaking Customer Advisor in Sofia supporting a Swiss telecommunications provider. The role is on-site from our Sofia office with the possibility to work in a hybrid model. You will assist customers via inbound calls, analyze and resolve inquiries, provide information on administrative and technical topics (products, billing, etc.), perform updates in internal systems, and escalate issues when necessary. The position requires German language level C1, a customer-oriented mindset, strong organizational and communication skills, good MS Office knowledge, and willingness to work in shifts (9 a.m.–10 p.m.) including weekends.
