Review content within agreed latency service levels and standards of quality while monitoring user behavior to enforce policies effectively. Address reported issues within specified turnaround times, escalating matters according to established guidelines and knowledge base. Apply language guidelines consistently across diverse content scenarios, handling sensitive interactions independently while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism. This role requires fluent German (C1) and English (B2), a college degree, and experience with moderation services or e-commerce. Candidates must be available for 24/7 rotating shifts. Required Qualifications
- Fluent, verbal and written, in German (C1)
- Fluent, verbal and written, in English (B2)
- College degree or equivalent diploma
- Strong understanding of e-commerce
- Experience working with moderation services
- Available for 24/7 rotating shifts
- Strong moderation skills and rational decision-making with local market expertise
- Fluent with social media products and have a basic understanding of digital advertising
- Legally authorized to work in Portugal
