Job Summary
Review content within agreed latency service levels and standards of quality while monitoring user behavior and enforcing policies effectively. Escalate reported issues in accordance with established guidelines and knowledge base, ensuring all actions maintain confidentiality and professionalism. Apply guidelines consistently to diverse content scenarios and handle sensitive issues independently to uphold platform standards. This role requires fluent German (C1) and English (B2) skills, a college degree, and experience with moderation services. Candidates must be available for 24/7 rotating shifts and possess strong rational decision-making abilities with local market expertise. Located in Lisbon, Portugal, this full-time position offers a competitive salary, a 3000 welcome bonus, and fully paid training.
Required Qualifications
- Fluent, verbal and written, in German (C1)
- Fluent, verbal and written, in English (B2)
- College degree or equivalent diploma
- Strong understanding of e-commerce
- Experience working with moderation services
- Available for 24/7 rotating shifts
- Strong moderation skills and rational decision-making with local market expertise
- Fluent with social media products and have a basic understanding of digital advertising
- Legally authorized to work in Portugal
