Job Summary
German–English bilingual customer support specialist to support a global children’s entertainment company with email and live chat. Responsibilities include handling product information, orders, account questions, and basic technical troubleshooting; meeting customer service KPIs; collaborating across teams to resolve issues; collecting and sharing customer insights to improve product experience; and navigating multiple tools (CRM, ticketing, knowledge bases). 6-month temporary contract with hybrid working arrangements in Romania. Requirements include 1+ year in a customer service role, fluent German and English, experience with Zendesk or similar tools is a plus, strong organizational and communication skills, and a customer-focused, proactive mindset.
Required Qualifications
