Geriatrician

Geriatrician needed for part-time (20 hours/week) outpatient care with Kaiser Permanente in Georgia. Responsibilities include conducting telephone, virtual and office visits; assessing and treating older patients; documenting goals of care and advance directives; coordinating with Geriatric RN Care Coordinator, Geriatrics and Palliative Care Clinical Pharmacist, and Geriatric Social Worker; collaborating with specialists; supervising Geriatric NP; providing education to primary care and other specialists; and traveling to patient care locations as needed. Requires MD/DO with residency training and board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine, 1 year post-residency experience with older patients, and ability to travel. Preferred: Fellowship in Geriatric Medicine and CAQ/subspecialty board certification.
