Job Summary
Geriatrician Faculty Member providing comprehensive geriatric care (inpatient consultations and outpatient services) with opportunities to teach and mentor medical students, residents, and fellows. Role includes collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, dedicated to advancing patient care, education, and research within MUSC’s Division of General Internal Medicine, Geriatrics & Palliative Care. Faculty appointment at Assistant or Associate Professor level with potential for clinical growth, teaching expansion, and scholarly activity; benefits include PSLF eligibility, malpractice coverage, generous PTO, CME allowance, and retirement options.
Required Qualifications
- BC/BE Internal Medicine or Family Medicine with Geriatrics Fellowship training
- Eligible for medical licensure in South Carolina
- Enthusiastic about teaching and academic medicine
