Geriatrician position providing bedside wound care in post-acute care facilities across a 40–60 mile radius, with no nights, no call, and no weekend clinical duties. The role emphasizes wound management training and fellowship, delivering modern wound care in Skilled Nursing Facilities and Long-Term Acute Care Hospitals, with weekly wound rounds and a mobile practice model visiting 2–3 facilities per day to care for ~20–30 patients daily. Onboarding includes paid training plus a 6-month wound care fellowship; EMR documentation is real-time at the point of care. Full-time (Mon–Fri, 7 am–4 pm) or part-time options are available; part-time requires a minimum of 3 weekdays per week. W2 employment contract, competitive compensation around $300,000 annually for a 30-hour work week, plus benefits and mileage reimbursement. Requires active unrestricted medical license in the state of practice; no visa sponsorship. Benefits include health and retirement, malpractice with tail, and mileage reimbursement.
