Job Summary
Conduct outpatient primary care for patients aged 60 and older within small panel sizes at ArchWell Health's newly built facilities in Phoenix, Arizona. Deliver preventative care focused on patient well-being and relationship building, supported by a full care team and cloud-based EMR technology. Work Monday through Friday with no weekends or extended hours. The position offers a base salary and quality-based bonus, full malpractice coverage, medical benefits, retirement, CME, and PTO. Board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine is required, with an active Arizona medical license or ability to obtain one.
Required Qualifications
- M.D. or D.O. graduates
- Board Certified/Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine (required)
- Physician must have an active, non-probationary Arizona medical license OR have the ability to obtain a full Arizona medical licensure

- Fellowship training in Geriatrics
