Job Summary
The physician associate will provide comprehensive geriatric medicine services in a PACE clinic setting for participants aged 55 and older, Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm. Responsibilities include delivering primary medical care to eligible participants who meet state nursing home care requirements, managing both acute and chronic conditions, and coordinating comprehensive medical, health, and social services to support patients living safely in the community, with supervision from the Medical Director on-site.
