Job Summary
Conduct outpatient geriatric care for a panel of approximately 80 patients with a daily volume of 2–6 visits, prioritizing longitudinal, relational relationships over transactional interactions. Collaborate within an interdisciplinary team of two physicians and two physician assistants in a full-time, employed role at Ascension Living PACE in Flint, Michigan. Maintain clinical autonomy while adhering to a 1:5 call rotation structure.
Required Qualifications
- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date
- Physician Assistant credentialed from the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date
- Graduate of accredited Physician Assistant program
- 1 year of experience
