Job Summary

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including physicians and occupational therapists to ensure well-rounded care, and provide education to patients and families regarding home exercises and fall prevention strategies. Implement safety protocols to minimize accident risks and maintain patient confidentiality while adhering to healthcare regulations.
Required Qualifications
- A Bachelor's, Doctorate, or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
- An active State licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist
- Competence in utilizing electronic medical records (EMRs) and excellent documentation skills for patient care
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to facilitate effective interactions with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
- A commitment to patient-centered care that enhances patient independence and quality of life
- A willingness to work independently as well as collaboratively within a healthcare team
