Job Summary
Follow a written plan of care to provide personal care, household support, and companion services to adults in Oxford and surrounding areas. Assist clients with activities of daily living including bathing, grooming, and toileting, while handling light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation. Support mobility through range of motion exercises, ambulation assistance, and transfers using mechanical lifting devices. Remind clients of medication schedules and help them maintain safety and independence at home. Maintain an active CNA license registered with North Carolina in good standing and comply with all Bayada policy requirements for home care.
Required Qualifications
