Job Summary
Per-Diem Geriatric Nursing Assistant needed at a Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Frederick, MD. Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding), monitoring and recording vital signs, mobility support to prevent falls, documenting care accurately, and maintaining a compassionate, patient-centered environment. Requires completion of an accredited NA program, active Maryland NA license, current BLS certification, and at least 1 year of geriatric care experience. Required Qualifications
- Education: Completion of an accredited Nursing Assistant (NA) program
- Licensure: Active Maryland state NA license and current BLS Certification
- Experience: At least one year of relevant field experience working with geriatric patients
