Job Summary
Provide compassionate geriatric care as a Per-Diem GNA in a Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding), monitoring and recording vital signs, providing mobility support and fall prevention, documenting care, and collaborating with nursing staff. Requires completion of an accredited NA program, active Maryland NA license, BLS, and at least one year of geriatric experience. Night shift 11:00 PM–7:00 AM EDT; 30-minute breaks. Required Qualifications
- Completion of an accredited Nursing Assistant (NA) program
- Active Maryland state NA license
- Current BLS Certification
- At least one year of geriatric experience
- Proficiency in ADLs, vital signs monitoring, patient hygiene, and mobility support
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work night shifts (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM)
- Healthcare setting experience (nursing home/rehabilitation)
