Job Summary
Per-Diem Geriatric Nursing Assistant needed at a Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Parkville, MD. Provide ADL assistance (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding), monitor and record vital signs, and mobility support to prevent falls. Foster a compassionate, respectful environment for elderly patients. Document care accurately per facility policies. Requires completion of an accredited NA program, active Maryland NA license, and current BLS certification, plus at least one year of geriatric experience. Shifts run 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM EDT; pay $19.44/hour.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Completion of an accredited Nursing Assistant (NA) program.
- Licensure: Active Maryland state NA license and current BLS Certification.
- Experience: At least one year of relevant field experience working with geriatric patients is required.
