Job Summary
Lead and teach in a geriatric medicine faculty role: deliver comprehensive longitudinal care to older adults with complex medical, cognitive, and social needs; serve as population health leader; advance an Age-Friendly Health System by implementing the IHI 4Ms framework (What Matters, Medication, Mentation, Mobility); design and teach care models for dementia and cognitive decline; collaborate with caregivers as essential team members; mentor fellows and residents; contribute to quality improvement, curriculum design, and scholarly work; join a collaborative, team-based care environment with opportunities for leadership and teaching the next generation of clinicians.
Required Qualifications
- Board-certified in geriatric medicine (MD or DO)
