Job Summary
Geriatric Medicine Physician Faculty role leading and teaching in aging care. Lead population health initiatives, implement an Age-Friendly Health System with IHI 4Ms (What Matters, Medication, Mentation, Mobility), develop longitudinal, whole-person care models, lead dementia/cognitive care programs, mentor fellows and residents, and contribute to quality improvement and scholarly work within an integrated, interdisciplinary team. Board-certified geriatricians with leadership interest and dedication to education, mentorship, and innovative care models are invited to apply. Position located in Scranton, PA, with a comprehensive benefits package and sign-on bonus.
Required Qualifications
- Board-certified in geriatric medicine (M.D. or D.O.)
