Board-certified geriatrician to step into a high-impact faculty and leadership role, delivering comprehensive, longitudinal care to older adults with complex medical and social needs; lead population health initiatives; build and advance an Age-Friendly Health System integrating the IHI 4Ms Framework; lead care models for dementia and cognitive decline; teach and mentor fellows, residents, and interprofessional learners; contribute to curriculum design, scholarly work, and quality improvement within an integrated, team-based care setting.
Required Qualifications
- Board-certified in geriatric medicine (M.D. or D.O.)
