Geriatric Medicine Physician Faculty

Board-certified geriatric medicine physician to join The Wright Center as faculty and clinical leader. Deliver comprehensive, longitudinal care to older adults with complex medical, cognitive, and social needs; serve as population health leader to improve outcomes for high-risk aging populations; lead the development of an Age-Friendly Health System by embedding the IHI 4Ms Framework (What Matters, Medication, Mentation, Mobility) into clinical practice and education; lead innovative care models for patients living with dementia and cognitive decline; partner with and support caregivers as essential members of the care team; teach and mentor fellows, residents, and interprofessional learners; serve as core faculty in the geriatric fellowship program with leadership opportunities; collaborate across disciplines in a fully integrated, team-based care model; contribute to quality improvement, curriculum design, and scholarly work.
