Job Summary
Lead as a Geriatric Medicine Physician Faculty in an academic, clinical leadership role focused on population health and aging care. Drive development of an Age-Friendly Health System using the IHI 4Ms framework (What Matters, Medication, Mentation, Mobility), teach and mentor fellows and residents, lead care models for dementia and complex older adults, and collaborate across disciplines to integrate whole-person care, quality improvement, and scholarly work within a fully integrated team-based model.
Required Qualifications
- Board-certified in geriatric medicine (MD or DO)
