Job Summary
Lead clinical and educational efforts in geriatrics by delivering comprehensive, longitudinal care for older adults with complex medical and social needs; drive population health improvements and develop an Age-Friendly Health System using the IHI 4Ms framework (What Matters, Medication, Mentation, Mobility); lead innovative care models for dementia and cognitive decline; partner with caregivers as essential team members; teach and mentor fellows, residents, and interprofessional learners; serve as core faculty in the geriatric fellowship program with leadership opportunities; collaborate across disciplines in an integrated team-based model; contribute to quality improvement, curriculum design, and scholarly work.
Required Qualifications
- Board-certified in geriatric medicine (M.D. or D.O.)
