Job Summary
Geriatric Medicine Physician Faculty role leading and teaching in aging care. Deliver longitudinal, whole-person care for older adults with complex medical, cognitive, and social needs; drive population health initiatives; lead the development of an Age-Friendly Health System using the IHI 4Ms framework (What Matters, Medication, Mentation, Mobility); mentor fellows, residents, and interprofessional learners; participate as core faculty in the geriatric fellowship and collaborate across disciplines in an integrated care model. Required Qualifications
- Board-certified in geriatric medicine (M.D. or D.O.)
