Job Summary
Board-certified geriatric medicine physician to join as faculty and clinical leader. Deliver longitudinal, comprehensive care to older adults with complex medical, cognitive, and social needs; lead population-health initiatives and an Age-Friendly Health System using the IHI 4Ms framework (What Matters, Medication, Mentation, Mobility); teach fellows, residents, and interprofessional learners; develop and lead dementia/cognitive care programs; collaborate across disciplines; contribute to quality improvement, curriculum design, and scholarly work; package includes competitive salary, sign-on bonus, CME allowance, malpractice tail coverage, and robust benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Board-certified in geriatric medicine (M.D. or D.O.)
