Job Summary
Lead and teach as Geriatric Medicine Physician Faculty: deliver comprehensive longitudinal care to older adults with complex medical and cognitive needs, lead population health initiatives, build an Age-Friendly Health System using the IHI 4Ms framework (What Matters, Medication, Mentation, Mobility), design care models for dementia and cognitive decline, mentor fellows and residents, and contribute to curriculum design and scholarly work within an interprofessional, team-based care model.
Required Qualifications
- Board-certified in geriatric medicine (M.D. or D.O.)
