Job Summary
Board-certified geriatric medicine physician faculty and leadership role delivering comprehensive, longitudinal care to older adults with complex medical and cognitive needs. Lead population health initiatives, design and advance an Age-Friendly Health System using the IHI 4Ms framework (What Matters, Medication, Mentation, Mobility), and teach fellows and residents within an integrated, team-based care model. Collaborate across disciplines on quality improvement, curriculum design, and scholarly work while guiding care for patients living with dementia and cognitive decline and supporting caregivers and families.
Required Qualifications
- Board-certified in geriatric medicine (M.D. or D.O.)
