Geri Psych (RN) (FT) (ROTATE)

Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care for older adults in the New Hope Senior Behavioral Health Center, focusing on physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs. Educate patients and families on illness management, post-treatment home care, and medication administration while promoting patient safety and regulatory compliance. Develop individual plans of care with defined goals in collaboration with the interprofessional team, ensuring communication across the continuum of care. Maintain a constant state of alertness in a safety-sensitive role, working full-time rotating day and night shifts (three 12-hour shifts per week).
