Geri Psych Clinical Nurse - Part Time

Provides direct patient care in a geriatric psychiatric setting, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation within nursing standards. Promotes patient- and family-centered care, educates patients and families on illness management and post-treatment home care, and documents plans of care in collaboration with the interprofessional team. Focuses on patient safety, quality and regulatory compliance, supports professional development, and works on the BJC RN Career Ladder with potential pay progression. Role is part-time with two 12-hour night shifts (7:00 PM–7:30 AM), totaling 24 hours per week, with sign-on bonus eligibility, shift differentials, and benefits starting first month after start date.
