Job Summary
Lead retail systems transformation by driving the deployment and optimization of technologies that connect operations, analytics, and financial performance. Own Retail Operations budgets, build business cases for investments, and monitor KPIs to ensure commercial initiatives translate into measurable outcomes. Manage vendor governance, select third-party providers, and negotiate contracts to ensure value creation across external partnerships. Lead a team of three direct reports while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Partner with Finance, IT, and cross-functional stakeholders to align teams around operational priorities and data-driven decision-making.
Required Qualifications
- Experience managing business systems, operational processes, performance management, or transformation initiatives in retail, consumer goods, hospitality, consulting, or similar environments
- Strong background in financial analysis, budget management, governance, and business performance evaluation
- Experience leading cross-functional projects and process improvement initiatives
- People leadership experience with a track record of developing and coaching teams
- Ability to influence stakeholders across multiple functions and organizational levels
- Experience in several of the following areas: Retail Systems, SAP or similar ERP platforms, Power BI or advanced reporting tools, Business Intelligence & Reporting, Financial Analysis & Business Case Development, Performance Management & KPI Frameworks, Operational Analytics, Budget Management, Process Improvement, Project Management
