Job Summary

Lead regional material requirements planning and supply planning activities across Latin America and Canada to ensure optimal availability of finished goods, raw materials, components, and production capacity. Balance demand and supply across the network, mitigate operational risks, and drive planning excellence by partnering with Manufacturing, Procurement, Logistics, Commercial, Finance, and external suppliers. Manage short, medium, and long-term planning cycles, optimize inventory strategies, and oversee forecasting methodologies to improve supply reliability and planning accuracy. Review and approve production plans, material requisitions, and purchase plans while leading a team of managers and planning professionals to foster accountability and continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Operations, Business Administration, Logistics, Finance, or a related field
  • Significant experience in Supply Planning, Material Requirements Planning (MRP), Production Planning, Inventory Management, Integrated Business Planning (IBP), or related Supply Chain fields
  • Proven experience leading and developing teams, including leaders and people managers
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to transform data into business insights and actions
  • Experience working in complex manufacturing, FMCG, consumer goods, pharmaceutical, tobacco, food & beverage, or similar industries
  • Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders across Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing, Commercial, and Finance functions
  • Advanced knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems and planning tools
  • Fluent English

Desired Qualifications

  • APICS CPIM, CSCP, or equivalent Supply Chain certification
  • Experience in regional or multi-country planning environments
  • Exposure to external manufacturing, supplier relationship management, and network optimization initiatives
  • Experience leading transformation or continuous improvement projects
