Job Summary
Manage overall store performance by meeting or exceeding Company performance standards and coach all team members to build new business and increase store growth. Lead the charge on local marketing strategies, B2B partnerships, and community events to drive revenue while examining and processing loan and pawn applications within established risk limits. Enforce quality standards, procedures, and local regulations by participating in audits and maintaining office security through cash management and loss prevention. Conduct proper opening and closing procedures, manage work schedules, and handle complex customer situations with integrity. Maintain full-time, in-person attendance including weekends, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
Required Qualifications
- Spanish language proficiency
- Bilingual (Spanish/English)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum two years' experience with proven success in a supervisory or leadership role in retail, finance, service, or related industries
- Operations experience in a leadership capacity
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in using phones, Point of Sale, Microsoft Office, and other systems
- Valid driver's license
- Auto insurance
- Personal vehicle to use throughout the workday
- At least 18 years of age (19 in Alabama)
- Ability to meet the physical demands of this position, which frequently includes remaining in a stationary position, including standing up to 90% of the time
- Ability to move and transport up to 25 pounds
- Ability to move inside and outside of the store
- Ability to operate mechanical controls, such as a keyboard
- Full-time work schedule with regular, in-person attendance, including weekends
- Minimum of 40 hours per week
Desired Qualifications
- Associates degree or higher
- Experience in check cashing
- Experience in document verification
- Experience in money order processing
