Job Summary
Manage overall store performance by meeting or exceeding Company standards, coaching team members to build new business and increase growth through local marketing strategies and community events. Process loan and pawn applications, assess risk within established limits, and enforce quality standards and compliance procedures. Supervise office security, verify cash transactions, and conduct proper opening and closing procedures while handling complex customer situations with integrity. Maintain store appearance, oversee planograms, and perform duties including on-site vehicle appraisals and external marketing. Work full-time, in-person with regular attendance including weekends, with a base pay of $22.50 and eligibility for performance bonuses. Spanish fluency is essential for connecting with clients and the community.
Required Qualifications
- Bilingüe (español/inglés)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum two years' experience with proven success in a supervisory or leadership role in retail, finance, service, or related industries
- Operations experience in a leadership capacity
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in using phones, Point of Sale, Microsoft Office, and other systems
- Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and personal vehicle to use throughout the workday
- Must be at least 18 years of age (19 in Alabama)
- The ability to meet the physical demands of this position, which frequently includes remaining in a stationary position, including standing up to 90% of the time; moving and transporting up to 25 pounds; moving inside and outside of the store; and operating mechanical controls, such as a keyboard
- Must maintain a full-time work schedule with regular, in-person attendance, including weekends
- Must be able to work 40 hours per week
