Job Summary
The District Manager Premium leads, coaches, and provides operational direction to multi-store teams to optimize revenue and control expenses for achieving business and financial goals. Responsibilities include ensuring superior customer service, proficient execution of sales processes, effective budget management, inventory control, and adherence to company policies. The role requires developing district teams through training and mentorship, managing staffing and retention, conducting performance feedback sessions, and ensuring compliance with company standards. A Master's degree or related qualification is required along with extensive operational management experience.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of progressive operational management experience in a multi-unit retail environment
- 5 years at a management supervisory level
- Bilingual English - Spanish
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license with insurance
- Successful completion of prerequisite Career Path Programs
Additional Requirements
- Prior experience in the pawn industry is a plus and may justify considering candidates with less experience than the minimum requirements
