Manage commercialization activities for imported vehicles, products, and services at the dealership, overseeing sales authorization, billing monitoring, financing, retail sales, test-drive processes, and client documentation to ensure compliance with established norms. Plan and execute regional actions with concessionaires to meet objectives, analyzing performance and discussing changes in processes, media, sales, and marketing. Conduct periodic meetings with subordinates regarding sales directives, procedures, and targets, while reporting results to the Commercial Director. Maintain control of pricing tables, catalogs, and quality reports to guarantee adherence to defined strategies and procedures.
