Job Summary
Conduct recruitment and selection for life insurance agents, monitor certification processes with ENS, and develop new sales professionals through online or in-person client meetings. Review sales performance to refine indicators and qualify candidates for the specialist program, while providing general operational support for sales execution. Ensure adherence to production targets by overseeing operations within the agent portfolio. Requires a complete higher education degree, minimum two years of consultative life insurance sales experience, and prior commercial management experience in life insurance, pensions, or the financial market.

- Experiência como gestor comercial no segmento de Seguros de Vida e Previdência ou mercado financeiro
