Job Summary
Guarantee customer service standards and ensure sales and pledge process execution while maximizing results and inventory control. Supervise all personnel aspects including coverage, hiring, induction, training, and retention to safeguard company assets. Manage teams of at least four people, leading them through decision-making and problem resolution under pressure. Requires a preparatory degree or incomplete license with a minimum of two years of experience as a sub-manager or supervisor. Full-time on-site work including weekends is mandatory.
Required Qualifications
