Manage the assigned store to achieve financial and operational budgeted results, maximizing sales and profitability through execution of promotional and marketing programs. Lead a team of department leaders and all associates, ensuring adherence to standard practices, safety controls, and state/federal regulations. Directly supervise key roles including Grocery, Produce, and Kitchen leaders while evaluating staffing needs and conducting interviews. Review financial performance against budgets, identify operational inefficiencies, and develop resolution plans. Collaborate with Operations, Purchasing, and Sales departments to execute strategies, manage inventory for tobacco and alcohol, and visit competitors to track product offerings and pricing. Serve as the primary customer service model within the store.
