Job Summary
Manage a Subway restaurant in Houston, Conroe, Spring, The Woodlands, Kingwood, New Caney, Cleveland, Splendora, Coldspring, or Cypress by working alongside your team to prepare food, train staff, and close the store when needed. Handle food and labor costs while driving sales targets to earn quarterly bonuses up to $1,100. Work 50 hours weekly, primarily from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, with the ability to set your own schedule once the store is operational. This hands-on role requires leadership experience, difficulty with people, and a willingness to engage in physical work rather than just giving orders. We offer weekly pay, medical insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and free meals.
Required Qualifications
