Initiate and manage IT projects across the region, administering the full project lifecycle for Latin America while building comprehensive project plans. Identify potential difficulties, manage change processes, and create contingency redundancy plans. Maintain communication with stakeholders through proposals, reports, and presentations, then close projects with detailed reviews. Associate with Finance Directors to develop annual IT OpEx and CapEx budgets, analyze contracts to rationalize costs, and develop five-year technology perspectives. Act as the central link for regional technology support needs, supervising third-party vendor performance and providing practical assistance. Develop process and support documentation, recommend system improvements, and ensure compliance with PCI and data privacy statutes. Establish and maintain key relationships with vendors, evaluating new solutions and understanding service methodologies. Work flexible hours to fulfill all regional tasks.
