Job Summary
Lead the front-end of projects and technology support for the Collection area, driving continuous process evolution, operational stability, and delivery of strategic initiatives focused on credit recovery. Manage people, conduct multidisciplinary projects, and integrate business and technology teams to ensure solutions align with organizational objectives and generate sustainable results. Oversee project management, technology support, and collection operations while leveraging Power BI, SQL, automation, and AI to improve operational efficiency. Requires experience in credit and collection projects, leadership skills, and knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and PMBOK methodologies. Full-time on-site role in São Paulo with access to J. Safra Club benefits and career development paths.
