Plan, coordinate, and supervise teams while guaranteeing service continuity through contingency planning, disaster recovery, and capacity management. Oversee user support to resolve incidents rapidly and reduce recurrence, monitoring SLAs, performance indicators, and asset lifecycle administration. Administer technology contracts and vendors to optimize costs, prospect new technologies for modernization, and define technical standards for solution homologation. Support internal and external audits, manage the IT budget, and lead recruitment and performance evaluation processes. Promote operational improvement using ITIL, COBIT, and agile methodologies while preparing executive reports on operational metrics and security compliance.
